The parts of the sections that are referring to subscriptions and newsletters are only relevant as soon as Greecefully starts to provide this service and visitors have the possibility to subscribe to Greecefully and activate notifications regarding the newsletter.
Greecefully owns and operates the website at greecefully.com. Like many websites, we collect information from our visitors, including personally identifiable information, such as your full name, e-mail address, contact address, phone number, details of any group members you are traveling with that you tell us about, and other information that you may provide to us, and non-personally identifiable information (i.e. statistics about our most popular packages).
We also contact our customers via email, telephone, face to face, through social media, and & travel agents which may contact us on your behalf. Before, during and after the establishment of contact with you, we will also collect personally identifiable information, such as your full name, email address, contact address, details of any group members you might be traveling with and that you tell us about, and any other kind of information that you may provide to us. We will also collect information about your travel arrangements such as booking numbers, flight, as well as accommodation details, and any special preferences and/or needs you may request.
This privacy policy is meant to tell you about our information collection practices. This includes the ways we collect information, what kind of information is being collected and why, as well as how we use information that has been collected and who we share that information with and finally how you can access, amend, and delete information that we have collected from you. You will also be informed of how we protect the information we have gathered.
We strongly advise you to read this policy before using our website, communicating with us and/or specifically before providing personally identifiable information to us, in order to avoid the collection of your data that you might not agree with. It is important to note that the use of this website or communicating with us constitutes your agreement to the terms of this policy. Although this reflects the way Greecefully operates, other third parties may have different information practices, which will be governed by their privacy policies which we strongly advise you to read.
If you have been referred to us from another site or by any other third party, your information that you provide to them will also be governed by their privacy policy, which we once again, recommend you read.
3. Active information collection.
Greecefully’s website collects information from its visitors actively and passively. When referring to Active information collection, we mean instances in which we gather information from you when you fill it in and send it to us, such as by completing a bespoke or contact form, signing up for an electronic newsletter, entering a competition, or sending us a message via an e-mail reply mechanism provided by our website. Collecting active information can include personally identifiable information (e.g., your full name or information that is unique to you) and non-personally identifiable information (e.g., if we were to ask for a list of the top three offers you like on our site). When referring to Passive information collection, we mean instances in which information you have not actively provided, is collected from you. The next section will summarize our passive information collection practices.

Information provided by you about any person other than yourself, to us, such as people you are enquiring or making a booking on behalf of, people you are traveling with, you must ensure that they understand how their information will be used and that they have given their permission for you to disclose it to us and for you to allow us, and our service providers, to use it.
Sensitive personal data
Our policy is not to ask for any sensitive personal data from you (that is information about you or anyone you are enquiring or booking on behalf of) about, i.e., racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, physical or mental health, or sexual life unless we make it clear otherwise. We, our service providers, as well as third parties that are providing a quote or fulfilling your travel arrangements, may, however, require certain sensitive personal data to provide services that you have requested or to deal with your inquiries. For example, if you ask us to book an easy to access room due to a disability.
Should you choose to provide this kind of personal data to us as part of a particular service (where such information has been requested and the reasons for that discussed with you) or for any other reason, this will mean that you have given (and we accept) your explicit consent for us, our outsourced service providers, and third parties. These service providers and third parties are providing a quote or fulfilling your travel arrangements in order to use that information for the reasons described in this privacy policy, or as explained at the time you provide that information to us.
5. How your information is being processed
We will only process information in accordance with our privacy policy or as specifically disclosed to you at the time you provide the personal information, regarding your personal information and anyone’s that you are inquiring and/or booking on behalf of.
The personally identifiable information that we process may be used in the following ways:
(a) To respond to your requests, it will be accessed by someone of our staff, service providers which act on our behalf, and carefully selected third parties in the course of providing quotes that you have requested for our products and services, and fulfilling your travel bookings (i.e. for quotes, your travel documents, airlines, accommodation providers, and destination management companies for operational purposes.)
(b) It will also be used to send you our emails and offers. We will send you these if you have opted in to receive them, or if you have previously asked us for a quote or made a booking with us. You can unsubscribe any time – see #7 Unsubscribing for more information.
(c) It may also be used to personalize and tailor your experience by using your previous requests for quotes (should any exist), previous purchases, communications with Greecefully’s staff and providers which have fulfilled part of your Greecefully travel bookings, your browsing activity, and other publicly available information (such as demographic data provided by an external provider), to make recommendations and special offers to you about products and services we believe may be of interest to you based on your profile. (d) We and/or our authorized service providers (such as our Information Technology (IT) specialists, marketing agencies, and data analytics providers) may also use your personally identifiable information to review your dealings with us including your purchases and preferences; to review, develop and improve our products and services, as well as our customers’ experience, through strategic development by implementing internal market research and statistical analysis.
We reserve the right to transfer or share without restriction aggregated, anonymized and other non-personally identifiable information regarding site usage, sales patterns, traffic patterns, demographics, and other statistics about our site and our products and services.
We reserve the right to use or disclose your and other peoples’ personal information, which you have given us and that we have processed. As necessary, in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and law enforcement inquiries, as required by litigation, to take precautions against liability, and protect the security and integrity of our website and the safety of our customers and website users.
6. Newsletter and E-mail subscriptions
Should you subscribe to the Greecefully newsletter and offers, either directly through the website of Greecefully or by filling in the Greecefully inquiry form, you will receive our newsletter from info@greecefully.com, as well as informative emails about new products, special offers or additional information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided to us.
If you make an inquiry or a booking, we will also send you our newsletter and offers to the email address you provide to us and wish to be contacted through.
7. Unsubscribing
We do not seek to collect personally identifiable information from you that you do not want to be collected by us. Toward that end, we indicate at all active information collection points whether the requested information you share with us is required or optional. We also want to inform you about the consequences of not letting us collect your information (e.g., inability to access important functions of the site, less tailoring of information to meet your requirements and expectations, etc.) if you do not provide the required or optional information. As soon as you submit personally identifiable information (or in any way share personally identifiable information) with us, whether such information is required or optional, that information will be subject to this privacy policy.
Should you wish to unsubscribe from marketing communications through email, you may opt-out by clicking on the clearly marked ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of any Greecefully newsletter or marketing email. Should you wish to unsubscribe from marketing communications via mail, you can contact us by e-mail at info@greecefully.com (please write “unsubscribe” in the subject line and provide each email address you would like us to remove or send us a letter to Grigoriou Lampraki Street 10, 16674, Glyfada, Athens, Greece that clearly states that you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter by using your contact information and adding the email address that you wish to be removed from our newsletter services and adding “unsubscribe” behind it.
8. Information access
We take reasonable steps to ensure that personally identifiable information that you send to us is accurate, relevant, and complete. In accordance with the previously mentioned reasonable steps, we provide you with reasonable access to your personal information in order to correct errors or delete the information you have provided. We use reasonable safeguards to protect Personal Data we collect on via Services, from unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and our servers will be free from unauthorized access by third parties, due to the structure of the internet and external factors that we cannot influence.
In order to secure and maximize the protection of your personal data, we use usernames and passwords. This information is only protected if you ensure the secrecy of your username and password. 10. Data collected from children under the age of 13
This site is not directed to and does not seek to collect personally identifiable information from, children under the age of 13. Nevertheless, we can only implement this measure, if we are aware of the age group we gather information from. We do not intend to use and store information on the previously mentioned age group and will take reasonable steps to delete that information, as soon as we have been notified about its status or it has been clearly pointed out to us.

This policy is subject to new data protection legislation and business practices. Therefore, we reserve the right to change this Policy at any time and in our sole discretion. If we do change the Policy, the new policy will be posted here, along with its revision date.
